In the heart of the Sonoran Desert, where the sun shines intensely year-round, the Orejana Solar Park transforms sunlight into clean, reliable energy for thousands of Mexican households. Operated by SPIC-Zuma Energía, this project embodies our vision of a Mexico powered by renewable energy, technological innovation, and sustainable growth. With an installed capacity of 162.834 megawatts, Orejana generates approximately 318.4 GWh of electricity annually — enough to supply power to the equivalent of more than 168,167 households. It helps prevent the emission of over 141,367.6 tons of CO₂ every year, contributing significantly to climate action and energy transition goals. Strategically located in northern Mexico, the park benefits from exceptional solar irradiance, ensuring high operational efficiency and consistent energy output throughout the year.
