Through this collaboration, we will contribute to training programs in strategic areas such as solar panel installation and maintenance, computer skills, entrepreneurship, and electrical and automotive mechanics skills. These courses will enable people in the communities near our solar farms to acquire valuable knowledge and improve their employment opportunities.

As part of this agreement, we have placed special emphasis on the STEM Girls program, designed to motivate young women to explore careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). This approach seeks to pave the way for greater equity in strategic sectors, thereby strengthening Chihuahua's competitiveness and fostering a more inclusive economy.

At SPIC-Zuma Energía, we have been part of Chihuahua's development since 2016, with significant investment in renewable energy. Our installed capacity of 398 MW through four solar plants has positioned us as the leading solar power generator in the state. With this alliance with ICATECH, we continue on our path towards a cleaner and more sustainable Mexico, contributing to the development of a green economy that benefits present and future generations.

We are committed to sustainable projects with a positive impact, promoting the development of the communities that are part of our history and strengthening a bright future for all.
