In late November, our Chairman attended the Mexico Business Summit as a participant in the panel "The Way Forward for Mexico's Energy Producers," where he shared the key role that SPIC-Zuma Energía has played in supporting Mexico's energy transition through the broader and more efficient production of renewable energy.

During the forum, speakers talked about the challenges they have faced on the road to renewable energy production in the country. "Obtaining permits for project expansion from regulatory authorities in Mexico represents a considerable challenge. Despite our diligent efforts to identify suitable industrial sites for the construction of manufacturing plants, the persistent absence or insufficiency of sufficient energy resources has significantly hampered our decision-making processes." Mentioned, David Yang.

SPIC-Zuma Energía's commitment lies not only in the production of renewable energy but also in the promotion of a regulatory framework that allows for the continued and sustained growth of the sector. In summary, the company's participation under the leadership of David Yang has been fundamental in communicating the opportunities in the sector and the commitment we have as a company to development, job creation, and a brighter future for Mexico.
